Scope and dosage
DENSIPOL PA 700 is recommended for foam control during production and when using products such as
paints (OKP20-50), coatings, flexo paints, varnishes, adhesives of constant stickiness, and others. Dosage depends on the system and is determined
experimentally. It is recommended to use from 0.1% to 0.5% of the total mass.
Physical properties
An opalescent beige liquid to yellow in color with a characteristic odor. Density 10.92-0.94, soluble in water.
Recommendations for use
DENSIPOL PA 700 can be added at the beginning of production for proper injection into the system, such as paints. For systems with high emulsion content, with low and medium OCP, it is advisable to administer in two portions. The first half - at the beginning, the second before adding the emulsion.

DENSIPOL WO 2402 water defoamer for emulsion coatings and adhesives based on hydrocarbons and non-ionic surfactants. It is a liquid defoamer with a wide range of applications. DENSIPOL WO 2402 is effective during production and during the use of products that include polymer emulsions. Does not contain silicone.

DENSIPOL WO 2402 can be added at the beginning of production, but it is recommended to be administered in two portions. The first at the beginning is somewhere 2/3 of the part and the second before the emulsion 1/3.

DENSIPOL WO 2402 is highly efficient with typical binders used in emulsion coatings and adhesives. Tests show a significant reduction in foam compared to a system without a defoamer. DENSIPOL WO 2402 is designed specifically for products with high OKP (dry residue in the system).
